Jiangxi's First VR Interactive Cinema Opens in Nanchang, Launching New 'Metaverse' Cultural Tourism Experience!

Introduction

On April 26th, Jiangxi's first AI+3D immersive VR large-space interactive cinema theater - the 'Changlv Phantom Space' flagship store officially opened in Nanchang. This project, jointly developed by Jiangxi Changtian Tourism Group and leading domestic enterprises, marks Jiangxi's cultural tourism industry's official entry into the 'metaverse' era. This innovative initiative not only brings unprecedented immersive experiences to tourists but also injects new vitality into Jiangxi's cultural tourism industry.

Technology Empowers Cultural Tourism

In recent years, the National Film Administration released the "Notice on Promoting Orderly Development of Virtual Reality Films," which for the first time incorporated "virtual reality films" into the film management system and clarified relevant support policies. Jiangxi Province actively responded to the national call, constructing new offline consumption scenarios integrating technology, entertainment, and culture through the fusion of VR+LBE technology. This innovative model not only enhances the experiential and comfort aspects of tourism products but also opens new development paths for the cultural tourism industry.

Project Highlights

"Changlv Phantom Space" focuses on "large space + VR + plot interaction" as its core, launching seven themed films including "Moon Adventure," "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea," and "One Thousand and One Nights." Through AI+3D+VR technology, audiences can experience fantastic journeys like space exploration, deep-sea adventures, and time travel to the Tang Dynasty. The application of "black technology" such as ultra-high-definition visuals, real-time spatial positioning, and multiplayer battles allows audiences to truly feel the revolutionary experience of "being in the film." Additionally, the cinema also features a cultural creative products area to meet tourists' diverse needs.

Future Plans

"Changlv Phantom Space" plans to cover Jiangxi's major scenic spots and core business districts within the next three years, creating a hundred-county hundred-store immersive cultural tourism experience ecosystem matrix. The project will also deeply explore Jiangxi's cultural connotations, launching immersive cultural tourism products with local characteristics to further stimulate market vitality.

The introduction of VR technology has not only brought revolutionary changes to the cultural tourism industry but also provided tourists with richer and more diverse experiences. With the landing of "Changlv Phantom Space," Jiangxi's cultural tourism industry is welcoming new development opportunities and is expected to become a benchmark for national digital cultural tourism in the future.
